02Nature of the website

This website provides information about puppies available from MiniSchnauzerpups, together with the pricing, policies and documents relating to a purchase.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. No puppy is reserved, and no contract of sale is formed, by any action taken on this website. A sale arises only from a purchase agreement signed by both parties.

03Accuracy of listings

Puppy listings reflect the position at the time of the last update. Availability can change without notice. Photographs show the individual puppy identified and are not retouched to alter the animal's appearance.

Coat descriptions describe what is visible in the photograph. Coat and size change with maturity and no representation is made about the adult dog.

Where a specific detail matters to your decision, ask for it in writing so it forms part of the agreement rather than relying on a page you read once.

04Pricing

Prices shown are $600 for a puppy, $200 for airport delivery, $250 for home delivery, no charge for collection in person, and $300 for a reservation, in United States dollars.

The calculator on this website produces an estimate for planning. Where an estimate and the signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs. Prices may change for future purchases but not for one already agreed in writing.

05Forms and communication

The contact, application and reservation forms send your details by email to the business inbox and copy them back to the address you supply. Submitting one is a communication, not a contract: it does not reserve a puppy, create an obligation on either side, or constitute an agreement of any kind. A sale arises only from a purchase agreement signed by both parties.

You agree to provide accurate information, not to submit anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, and not to use automated means to submit at volume. Automated submissions are filtered and rate-limited.

Do not send financial account details, identity documents or medical records through a web form. Nothing on this site asks for them.

06Payment and fraud

Payment instructions are never published on this website. They are issued privately after an agreement is signed.

If you receive payment details purporting to come from this business through any other channel, or a request to change payment details at short notice, treat it as fraudulent until you have verified it independently using the contact details published here.

07Intellectual property

The text, layout, design system, code and photographs on this website belong to their respective owners and may not be copied, republished or used to construct a competing or impersonating website.

Puppy photographs are of real animals belonging to this program. Their unauthorised use — in particular, to advertise animals that do not exist — is both a copyright infringement and a fraud, and will be reported as such.

Breed, health, training and care information on this website is general education, not veterinary advice. It does not create a veterinarian–client–patient relationship. Always consult your own veterinarian about your own animal.

These terms work alongside the purchase agreement, the health guarantee, the refund policy and the privacy policy. If any section is found unenforceable, the remaining sections still apply in full.

We would always rather resolve a disagreement directly. Most concerns are settled quickly by a straightforward conversation, and we ask that you raise anything with us before treating it as a dispute.

12Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published at the time you use the website. Terms in a signed purchase agreement are not changed by an update to this page.
