10 weeks. Two weeks past the common eight-week minimum, which measurably improves how a puppy handles travel and the first nights in a new house.
$600. That is the complete price of the puppy; travel is quoted separately so you can see it rather than have it folded in.
$200. A flight nanny travels with the puppy in the cabin to your nearest major airport. We fly into every major US airport and confirm the routing with you before booking.
$250. Ground transport in a climate-controlled vehicle to your address, with the delivery window confirmed 24–48 hours in advance. Available across all 50 states.
Nothing. Collecting in person adds no fee at all — you pay the $600 puppy price and nothing else. It is the cheapest way to bring a puppy home and the only one where you see where the litter was raised.
$300, and it is credited against your total rather than added to it. Whether it is refundable is set out in the reservation policy.
Yes. Every puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian before it goes home, and the record travels with it. Separately, you are asked to arrange your own examination within 72 hours — see the health guarantee.
Yes. Every photograph on this site was taken in the home where the litter lives, which is a claim you can check against the images rather than take on trust.
Potty training is well underway and going well, but no ten-week-old puppy is fully house-trained — any seller who claims otherwise is overselling. You get the feeding and toileting routine in writing so your household can continue exactly where we left off.
Crate training is started before handoff, so the crate is already a familiar and comfortable place to sleep rather than something new and frightening on the first night. Keeping that routine going in your first fortnight makes an enormous difference.
No registration claim is made anywhere on this site, because no registration documentation has been supplied. If registration matters to you — and for some buyers it genuinely does not — ask to see the certificate before you commit, not after.
Yes, and it is published in full at health guarantee. Read the exclusions as carefully as the cover.
Zelle, Chime, Apple Pay — Cash Balance, Varo, Bank wire transfer, Interac e-Transfer. Instructions are issued privately after the agreement is signed rather than published on this website.
Yes — local and regional families are welcome by appointment, and you will meet both parents while you are here. If you are too far away to visit, we will set up a live video call of the puppy instead. Just ask.
Yes, by appointment, at no extra cost. Bring photo identification; the agreement is signed and countersigned in person. See the pickup policy.
We place puppies across the United States and into Canada. Anywhere further involves export paperwork, rabies timing rules and destination-country requirements that have to be worked through case by case — ask us before you plan around it.
Written confirmation with the puppy identified, the amount received, the balance outstanding and the agreed travel date. Then you book your 72-hour veterinary appointment and prepare the house.
Notify us immediately with the veterinarian's written findings. The remedies and their timescales are in the health guarantee and refund policy.
Talk to us. The return and rehoming policy asks that a puppy comes back to us rather than going anywhere unplanned — at any point in the dog's life, not just the first month.
Within 30 minutes during business hours. Every enquiry gets a real reply from a person — usually with a question or two of our own, because the match matters more to us than the sale.

Take the time you need. Read the agreement, ask the awkward questions, and choose the puppy that fits the life you actually live — not the one in the nicest photograph.
