Transportation

Three ways your puppy comes home

Each option is a fixed fee added to the puppy price, chosen before anything is signed. Whichever you pick, the puppy travels with its food, a comfort item from the litter and its complete paperwork.

Pickup at our address

No fee

You collect the puppy in person by appointment, meet the litter, and complete the paperwork on the spot. Nothing is added to the puppy price.

  • Appointment booked in advance
  • Photo identification required
  • Agreement signed and countersigned in person
  • By appointment, six days a week

Pickup policy

Collecting in person costs nothing extra

There is no pickup fee. Come to us and the total is the puppy price — $600 — and nothing else. It is also the only option where you see the environment the litter was raised in, which is worth more than the two hundred dollars it saves you.

Travel day

What actually happens

01

Confirmation

Timing, method, meeting point and the balance position are confirmed in writing 24–48 hours ahead. If anything is unclear at this point, it gets fixed before travel rather than during it.

02

Preparation

The puppy is fed on a schedule appropriate to travel, toileted immediately before departure, and packed with its food, records and a comfort item from the litter.

03

In transit

You get contact on the day. Ground journeys include scheduled stops; air travel is in the cabin with a nanny rather than as cargo.

04

Handoff

Identification is checked, paperwork is handed over and signed, and you get a few minutes with the puppy before you leave. Rushing this step helps nobody.

05

Afterwards

Book the 72-hour veterinary examination — ideally already booked before travel day. Then expect a message from us to see how the first nights went.

Weather and safety

If conditions are unsafe for travel — temperature restrictions, weather disruption, an airline embargo or a puppy that is unwell on the day — travel is rescheduled rather than pushed through. A delayed handoff is an inconvenience; the alternative is not.

Take the time you need. Read the agreement, ask the awkward questions, and choose the puppy that fits the life you actually live — not the one in the nicest photograph.
