Reservation

Choose carefully. Review everything.

A reservation of $300 holds one named puppy. It is credited against your total rather than charged on top of it, and it only ever follows a signed agreement.

This walkthrough exists so you can see the whole process before you enter it. No payment is taken here and no puppy is held by reading it. When you are ready, the enquiry form at the bottom starts step one — it sends a message, not money.

Step 1 of 6

Choose your puppy

Pick the individual puppy you want to reserve. A reservation names one puppy — it does not hold a place in an unspecified future litter.

Ask for extra photographs or a live video call before this point, not after. It is a normal request and it is the single most effective check a buyer can make.

Start step one

Tell us which puppy, and we will take it from there

This sends an enquiry, not a reservation. No payment is taken, nothing is held, and nothing is owed.

Please tell us your name.

Please enter a valid email address.

We need this to work out how your puppy would travel.

A reservation names one individual puppy.

Enquiry sent. A copy is on its way to your inbox. Nothing has been charged and no puppy is being held — we will reply with the next step.

Reservation questions

The five things people always ask

It is credited against your balance, and it is returned in full if we cannot supply the puppy for any reason. Where a buyer withdraws after a puppy has been held for them, the position is set out in the reservation policy — read it before you send anything.
Taken off. A $600 puppy with $200 airport delivery totals $800; after a $300 reservation, $500 remains.
Before travel is booked, or at handoff for in-person pickup.
You choose: a full return of everything paid, transfer to another available puppy, or holding the reservation against a future litter. The choice is yours, not ours — see the cancellation policy.
Ask. It is a conversation about whether two puppies from the same litter is right for your household — often it is not, and the reasons are worth hearing before you commit to either.

Read first. Then reserve.

Take the time you need. Read the agreement, ask the awkward questions, and choose the puppy that fits the life you actually live — not the one in the nicest photograph.
